Administrator: Mary Flynn

Mary P. Flynn is a certified nursing home administrator and a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators. She has 36 years of experience in health care administration and is currently on the boards of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, the Visiting Nurse Association, Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Hospice. Flynn is a past president of the New Hampshire Health Care Association as well as a former regional vice president for the American Health Care Association. She received her bachelor's degree from St, Joseph's College in Maine.
 

Director of Admissions & Social Services: Jennifer Manning

Jennifer Manning helps expedite the admission and discharge process. She is well-versed in patient rights, advanced directives, living wills and other issues of importance to residents and their families. Jennifer has 17 years of experience in the field of health care and received her case manager certification in 2000. She holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire, a masters degree in occupational therapy, and is a certified case manager.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Sharon Wentworth, RN

Sharon Wentworth is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 35 years of experience in nursing and has been director of nursing services at Rochester Manor since 1999. Sharon holds an associate's degree in nursing from Regents College.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Jeff Boyd

Jeff Boyd is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. He has 17 years of experience and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Jeff holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of New England.
